Hopar Valley 2021 Selection 2

The Hopar Valley #2 Selection was an interesting strain to grow out and test. The seeds are from the 2nd generation ex situ run I did of the strain test run, 2 select males i was saving to pollinate later pollinated the whole lot earlier than anticipated but it was for the best as I have made some selections that are pretty nice. This gene pool is your place to go for your industrial chemical smells with skunk and varying smells of both more biological and industrial chem smells with some being stronger chemical smell others being lighter. The gene pools contains huge potential no doubt, the high from the dried seeded plant is certainly felt in the back of the eyes and in the head, with relief felt in your muscles and skeleton as well which makes me believe its got a diverse cannabinoid/compound range.

• Flowering Time and Yield: 8-10 weeks Average, medium to high yield depending on phenotyp

• Structure: Tall quick growing with 1-2.5x stretch going into flowering with plenty of side branching going all the way down the stalk that will want to shoot up during str.etch

• Terpenes: Industrial Chemicals, Cleaner, Isopropyl Alcohol, Acetone, Ammonia, Sulfur

• Effects: Euphoric, relaxing, felt behind the eyes and throughout the muscles and skeleton.

• Resistances, Stability, Nutrient Requirements: Botrytis/Budrot-Above Average. Powdery Mildew- Average. Pests-Average. Drought Tolerance- Above Average. Low intersex traits. Average Stress Tolerance. Average-Moderate Nutrient Requirements.

Phenotype Selections

1. General Population- Seeds from the 12 females, including a couple unreleased selections I plan on working further. This line is definitely worth exploring and working further, finding different phenotypes that are worth further improvement. All kinds of Chem and Skunk!

2. Stable Pheno- Out of the 12 females undergoing rigorous stress testing this is the only female that did not eventually throw nanners from stress, remaining stable no matter the abuse she went through. Definitely a good base for further selection and breeding as a generation of stress testing and selection has already been done.

3. ChemBerry Pheno- This phenotype is the only plant out of 2 different runs that i have observed that had even a hint of anything sweet, and this one smells like a cleaner with some kind of berry, maybe a blueberry or a grape of some kind. Still astringent and not quite candy sweet but more like the juice from a berry like fruit sweet.

4. Floral Rose Perfume Pheno- The Floral Rose Perfume Pheno smells exactly like a bottle of perfume thats been spilled with an astringent florally and  rose smelling front end with that chemical base that burns the nostrils. a Unique selection that blends the terpenes together creating a nice pallette for the nose.
